| Job burnout brings unfavorable influence to personnel, organization ,family and society. So it's called " the biggest enemy of employee " by foreign scholar as early as in the 90's last century. According to the international investigate from ChinaHRD.net in 2008,about 74.6 percent person were suffered from job burnout at different levels. The universality and seriousness must be paid attention by the human resource managers .Previous study most focuses on helping others industry such as teacher , police , bank employee and medical staff . As a new way ,this study selects system transformed enterprise as its research object and widens the research field of job burnout.The major content of this study includes:1. Revises existing scales of job burnout and verifies it.2. Investigates the situation of job burnout of the staff in system transformed enterprise .3. Discusses the differet degree of job burnout on individuals .4. Discusses the influence factors job burnout.5. Discusses the unfavorable result to organization and individual from job burnout.This study obtains data from investigate questionnaire , processes data and obtains result using methods of reliability analysis, factor analysis , F test and one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis .The result indicates:1. The scale of job burnout after revising is better fit with three-demensional structure theory of job burnout.2. The job burnout is not serious on this research object.3. The degree of job burnout on the individual characteristics shows obvious differences in this research object.4. The degree of job burnout influcend by individual factors, work factors, organization factors and social supporting factors. In which, neuroticism can forecast all dimensions and the overall level of job burnout. Self-esteem can forecast cynicism. Workload can forecast emotional exhaustion and the overall level. Simple repetition work can forecast decreased accomplishment and the overall level. The opportunities of ccupation development can forecast decreased accomplishment. Superior support should be pay attention to cause it can forecast all dimensions and the overall level of job burnout obviously.5. There are significant correlations between the job burnout and the overall satisfaction,work performance,turnover/labor slowdown intention as well as physical mental health. And the level of job burnout can forecast all above.According to the research result, the author bring some suggestions on the viewpoint of human resource management. |
