With the constant change of the economic environment,the private economy has entered a new development period,so the enterprise employees also has been put forward more requirements.Enterprise A is a traditional private enterprise in the building materials industry.Its employees’ competency level is generally low.Therefore,when their employees are faced with higher intensity work and more strict performance assessment,they are more likely to suffer from job burnout,which will lead to their physical and mental exhaustion,negative mood and performance decline,and even affect the overall operation and development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problem of employee burnout in Enterprise A,analyze its influencing factors,and formulate targeted solutions accordingly.This paper takes employees with job burnout in Enterprise A as research samples.Firstly,relevant theories and literature are sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,from the aspects of job content,salary and welfare,performance appraisal,promotion channels,family balance,etc.,A questionnaire survey was conducted on employees with job burnout in Enterprise A.Thirdly,through the manager interview,the further analysis found that the main influencing factors of employee burnout in Enterprise A are:(1)Performance appraisal performance orientation,which leads to the increase of employees’ sense of work pressure;(2)Employees lacking a sense of fairness in salary and have a serious sense of loss;(3)The company management neglects the work-life balance,causing some employees to feel anxious;(4)Difficulty in career promotion of young employees leading to psychological problems of employees.Finally,this paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors of employee burnout in enterprise A,and puts forward countermeasures from the organizational level and individual level respectively from the perspective of human resource management:(1)Improving the performance appraisal system and create opportunities for employees to enhance efficiency;(2)Implementing the comprehensive salary system to strengthen the comprehensive salary incentive of employees;(3)Start staff family care to help staff family balance development;(4)Expanding career promotion channels and strengthen employees’ confidence in career development;(5)Clearing self-cognition and enhance workplace confidence;(6)Strengthening quality training,actively cope with job burnout.This paper takes the employee burnout problem of enterprise A as the starting point,combines the theory and practical situation to analyze,and puts forward management countermeasures,in order to provide reference value for other building materials enterprises,so as to promote the steady development of the industry.
