With the continuous advance of economic globalization, social environment and market situation has changed enormously, enterprise operating environment become increasingly complicated, team turn to be an effective operating pattern to deal with complex environment changes, how to conduct effective management of team become the key to improve enterprise core competence. Practice has proved that high-performance team-building need to focus on humanism management, team's life and vitality depends very much on its interactive interpersonal relationship. As a result, in the trend of people-oriented management theory, adapting interpersonal relationship as factors for studying, to explore its influence on team effectiveness and team members' self-effectiveness has extremely vital significance.Base on interpersonal relationship theory and effectiveness theory, in combination with the present state of the domestic and foreign research, with the research object of project based team who has two types of similar task, this paper present the consumption of setting the team interpersonal relationship as independent variable, team effectiveness and self-effectiveness as dependent variable. In research, we conduct team interpersonal relationship behavioral intervention through the experimental design to review the influence of team interpersonal relationship on team effectiveness and team members' self-effectiveness. Through the methods of literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, expert interview, base on system theory and adapt 360°assessment thought, we construct the effectiveness evaluation system, develop the required measure tool. Use related statistical analysis software, analyze and discuss the influence of team interpersonal relationship on team effectiveness and team self-effectiveness through different method as of descriptive statistics analysis, difference testing, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Through data statistical analysis at team level and individual level, combining qualitative and quantitative research, the positive influence of team interpersonal relationship on team effectiveness and self-effectiveness are proved, and explore correlation between the team effectiveness and self-effectiveness. Finally, combined with the research result, this paper also suggests the relevant aspects of human resource management strategies for project based team building and effectiveness enhancing.
