The relations between customer degree of satisfaction and the enterprise management performance, is an attention focal point of the academic researcher and the business community for the past ten years. The massive findings and enterprise's experience indicated that the customer degree of satisfaction will affect enterprise's management achievements. This is a general conclusion which has the guiding sense conclusion to all enterprise's management practice, especially to the third-party logistics enterprises who take the high-quality service as a source of life. However, At present, the third-party logistics enterprise's customer degree of satisfaction research is actually at the start stage in our country. Establishing the complete system of customer degree of satisfaction appraisal will have great academic value and practice significance.This article first introduces several correlation theories in the customer degree of satisfaction research, and indicates the factors which influence the third-party logistics enterprise customer degree of satisfaction, based on union of the third party delivery service's characteristic as well as the customer degree of satisfaction's characteristic; In the above content foundation, stands in the third party physical distribution enterprise's angle, to facilitate the implementation of customer satisfaction for the purpose of evaluation, take its oneself as the appraisal main body, has constructed the customer degree of satisfaction appraisal system, and has selected the fuzzy judgment method; Subsequently confirmed the above appraisal system through the case analysis to the scientific and feasibility of the appraisal system. Regardless of the theoretical study of customer satisfaction or customer satisfaction evaluation studies, our ultimate goal is to improve customer satisfaction, maintain and expand customers by making customer satisfaction, then enhance the competitive power of the third-party logistics enterprises. Based on this idea, followed closely, this article proposes some measures on improving customer satisfaction of the third-party logistics enterprises. Finally, sum up the thesis research work, and make an outlook for the further research required.This article is for the purpose to make certain contribution on implementing the customer satisfactory strategy and enhancing the customer degree of satisfaction for the third-party logistics enterprises.
