In the knowledge economy time, the competition between theenterprise's, essentially is a talent competition, the human resources as the company's core competition advantage, have gradually become enterprises to realize the strategic goal of the key factors, more and more attention by enterprise. As the core of human resource management,compensation management has the Incentives to attract and retain talent in the process of improving human capital value . The performance evaluation system of the advantages and disadvantages, directly affect the enterprise management, and furthermore influence the success or failure of the development strategy and management goals.With the development of economy, domestic enterprises and have realized the function, performance evaluation and actively construct internal performance evaluation system. But, because of the system, management concept, introduce factors, short time in performance evaluation, the influence of such domestic enterprise performance evaluation system mostly existing existing scientific, reasonable place of endless, which seriously restrict the incentive mechanism of the play, limiting human resources to the promoting function of company development. Based on the above, the paper selected as a research HS set point to optimize the design of its Performance appraisal system.Firstly, this article exposition the theory of performance appraisal, in order to establish basis for optimization design. Then, the article introduced the Status of pharmaceutical industry and the compensation system of HS company, pointed out the company's problems on performance appraisal system. Above, the article according to guiding ideology and circuit on optimal design of performance appraisal system, construct the company's compensation system, and design classified performance appraisal system for various staff positions. Finally, in order to ensure the performance appraisal system'success, this article Proposed a series of supporting measures.
