| This is in the period for china which the economy is growing fast, the urbanization accelerates to develop. The city scale unceasing expansion has brought not only a series of lands extensive low effect use, also causes the short of land resource to be originally more anxious. No matter which is from land resource protecting, or from the urban development and using the land resource, China have to walk on the path the land intensive use. How to enhance the land resource use efficiently, enhances the land resource using level, it becomes the most important topic for the city land utilization now.This article uses the method which the theory combine with practice, refer to the city geography, urban economics, land economic and related theory, to the city land intensive use, the influence factor and the intrinsic mechanism, it has carried on the theory exploration combining the actual situation of Qinghai province. This article includes three main parts:The first part is the definition for the concept theory explanation, it is foundation which this article studies. Firstly it proposed the city land intensive using is a tendency, the relative concept, from the increase the fund of city storage, the manpower, the physical resource, optimizes the structure and layout of the cities land resource, improved the management of the land resource, enhances the economy and the use intensity of the city land use at the same time put proper attention to the social environment. Second, it introduced the position, discusses the land cost decrease theory, the land rent theory and the related theory and so on.The second part is the diagnosis and analysis to the typical area of Qinghai Province. Firstly, it is an overall assurance to urbanization level and the city land utilization of the Qinghai Province presently. According to the appraisal target systems which is suitable the intensive use by Qinghai Province, it does some analyses and test for the typical land use in the city at present. |
