In the city, people could protect themselves by socital and commercial insurance, however, as for farmers, the only protection is the land, the cost of usual life, the cost of birth, died, illness are all rely on the harvest of the land. Recently, as for the rate of urbanization turn growing fast, the need of lands for construction of city also raise consumedly. Under the circumstance that the land resources originally runs short for the height, millions of farmers lost their land, and the number become more and more. Honest to say, it is very common that farmers lost land during urbanization, many developed countries also have ever faced up these problems. However, on the procedures and standerlize and the way which treats farmers, we did not do well and made injuries on famers, under this background, the famers either be famers as usual nor citizens. In one hand, they have no jobs, no money, no social insurance, the hard life made them no protection, and it is very easy to make social confliction. All the reasons have made bad influnce to harmony society and green economy. In the other hand, by the motivation of short intersts, many farmers give up their land by selling house builded on them,and then, it made bad influnce on the society. Nowadays, farmers who lost land the problem that farmers lost land has made more and more concern not only a society, but also extensively among the academic circles. fortrunately, many developed countries have found some helpful experimence for protecting farmers who lost land, we can learn from them. This text firstly analyzes reasons for farmers who lost land, by analysis and research on the special areas which are allowed to establish by our country recently named Chongqing and Chengdu. The aim is put forward to modify unmatch laws and rules and regulations to adapt of provision. at last, I hope farmers who lost land will be protected well by law and we will have a stable society.
