Now the society is being in the knowledge economy time, the human resource is the first resources of modern enterprises. Employee training is an important content of human resources management. Employee training means that the enterprises carry on the training to all employees to make them obtain or enhance their work knowledge, skill and mannerly, adapt their post and bring the biggest contribution to enterprises.Employee training is the most important and the highest rate of return investment for both enterprises and employees. Now the world is facing the global financial crisis. How the employee training uses the limited resources to realize the most training effectiveness is the key problem for all the enterprises. The paper summarizes the related theories of enterprise employee training systematically and analyzes seven main problems under the financial crisis. At the same time, it analyzes the form and characteristic of employee training under financial crisis in England, US, Germany and Japan. Finally it proposes seven essential countermeasures and ten long-term strategies of employee training under financial crisis.
