At present,the reform of the financial system continues to deepen.With the increasing impact of internet finance on the banking industry,the pace of bank business updates and customer demand are growing faster and faster.In the face of increasingly fierce competition with the industry,banks have to staff capacity.Requirements continue to increase.Employees,as the creators of bank profits,play a decisive role in the development of the bank.The level and quality of employees determines how much interest is created for the bank.Therefore,the training of talents is very important.Therefore,how to do a good job of bank employee training and improve the comprehensive ability of employees becomes very urgent.This paper chooses Z Bank as the research object,adopts questionnaire survey,literature analysis and other methods to clarify Z Bank human resources from six aspects: bank training concept,needs investigation and analysis,training management operation,training content arrangement,training result assessment and training arbitrariness.After the in-depth analysis of training problems,Z Bank pointed out that the above problems were mainly caused by lagging training concepts,incomplete training organization management organization,inadequate training needs analysis,inadequate training course design,inadequate evaluation feedback,and inadequate system construction.In view of the above issues and deficiencies,based on the study of Z Bank's large amount of data,in the spirit of respecting Z Bank's practical principles and aiming at improving training effectiveness,we have improved Z Bank training work and urged management to improve Personal ideological understanding,the formation of a new,more professional training management department,based on competency theory,analysis of the banking organization,performance,and personal competency requirements,and establish a three-tier curriculum in line with the actual Z bank The structure provides a variety of teaching methods,and finally with the fourth Assessment model based on the theory,the formation of four banks to assess the effect of Z feedback system,the Z Bank Training can really play great use in actual operation.This article constructively proposes a mobile teaching method that is more suitable for the development of Z Bank,and believes that this method can greatly improve the convenience and efficiency of training.The research results of this paper can provide a way for Z-Bank human resources training and solve problems in training,and provide research basis for the construction of other bank training systems.
