| Having Adopted the method of synthetic analysis, this thesis aims at studying how to solve the crisis exploded in company A, which is a developing enterprise dealing with medicine. To strengthen the argument, the model of General-Part-General is employed in this thesis. Chapter I makes an exposition on the backgrounds of and basic theory on crisis management, and on some essential points about how to handle the crisis. Chapter II provides us with the classifications of crises obsessed company A, illustrates the present crisis management measures and shows us the fragile and dangerous links related to the crisis management of company A. It warns company A that the dangerousness should be considered while people live in peace and, when people in trouble how to face the difficulty is becoming the most urgent thing. The necessity and imperative of crisis management are pointed out in this chapter. It also casts a light on the next chapter. ChapterIII dissects the crises exploded in company A. The corresponding system of how to solve these crises and contingency plan for handling them are provided here. ChapterlV presents us the key points related to human resource crisis, which are also very important for managing the crisis perplexed company A. These key points usually stand for the problems difficult to solve. In this chapter the author presents us with the strategy of how to face them. . Chapter V predicts the result of carrying out all the above strategies. All the data used by the thesis are based on observation, practice and research. The present crisis situation and what will be essential for solving the potential crisis are all analyzed closely in this thesis. The basic ideas and process on how to manage the crisis company A faced with is thus presented and all the related aspects of crisis, especially the key points related to the human resource crisis, which accounts for 53.8% in the total crisis management, are summed up by the author. The nature of crisis is revealed through factual analysis and the practical precautions, crisis management process and strategies, and reasonable management mechanism are all listed in this thesis.
