With the development of market economy,commercial enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.Talents play a more and more important role in the competition of enterprises.Because the human resources crisis caused by human resources management oversight, lack a sense of crisis and other reasons the enterprise It is often seen,often causing irreparable damage to the enterprise.Therefore, the human resources crisis has become one of the major crises that enterprises are facing.How to avoid the occurrence of the human resource crisis and reduce the harm caused by the human resource crisis has become an urgent problem to be solved by the commercial enterprises.Through the objective description of the human resources in the YS commercial square,the paper analyzes the six aspects of the human resources crisis management of YS commercial square. First, before the crisis, the lack of human resources crisis management consciousness; second, the human resource crisis is not sensitive to the precursor information;third, to deal with the crisis did not play the role of the media; fourth, after the crisis did not use legal rights; fifth, after the crisis did not build a crisis management system construction;sixth, do not pay attention to crisis management.
