In human resources, pay management has the extremely significant position and the core of the human resources management .Reasonable and effective salary systems can not only stimulate staffs enthusiasm and creativity, but also urge them to realize organization's goal diligently, enhance the organization benefit, attract and retain the good quality and talented person as well in the days when the competition for talents becomes more and more aggressive. If the enterprises want to obtain existing space in knowledge economy and economical globalization, they must own a series of reasonable salary system and then the talented staffs can display their fully abilities. According to Taiyuan company's present situation and characteristics, the paper has carried on the comprehensive analysis and studies on the salary strategy of the large-scale IT training enterprise. Tt present ,there are many problems in pay managent system , such as salary projects without science foundation, structured advisement and unambiguous value direction, or wage distribution without simulating effect and etcs. Using variety design flow such as scientific salary design technology and method, through position analyses and evaluation, salary investigation, the article schemed out a salary management project. In the meantime , the article indicated that in the implementation process of new salary management project actualizing, leader's recognition ,employee's paticipating, establishing performance management system, modifying salary management project in time is the key of salary management project.The article carried out the achievements inspection and the salary supervisory work effectively by building up a completely new scientific and systematic salary management system, which made it vital significance for the enterprises to carry on strategic talented person decision-making, obtain the survival and the competitive advantages in the knowledge economy time.
