In the short run, promoting competition advantages have become a pressing task faced by operators. In order to win the leading opportunity, domestic communication operators wish to be ahead of competitors, pioneer the converged services cater for customer's requirement, which brings unprecedented challenges to the business supporting system.Currently, the business supporting system seems impossible to meet the demands of all business operations, operators are undertaking the fixed-mobile convergence, and are pouring large amounts of funds and energies during the process of synthesizing business transformation, making every effort to develop new system in record time.
