Study On Social Capital And Development Of Entreprises Of Urban Private Entrepreneurs

In China, Private economy is a vital force in economic development.There is a very important festure of private economy whose main assets are owned by private individuals and their families.Therefore, development of private enterprises is closely linked to the development of private entrepreneurs. Society capital owned by private entrepreneur also has important effect to development of private enterprises.Because the meaning of social capital is rich and extensive,so far,there is no accepted definition. The article thinks that social capital is social network and what be contained kinds of resources in social network. When people use those social reletives and what brings about resource consciously,they have become social capital. The paper wil be antry point of social capital, take social capital theory and their relevance theory as basis,and based on 2006 data from the National General Social Survey,the author use the measurement method of "the Spring Festival net"by Miss Bian Yanjie,at the same time,combined with the way of Non-structured interview, which is intended to eoplore the inner link between the private entrepreneurs and their social capital and the development of private enterprises. This paper is divived into the following parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the the research backgroud,and reviewed the development of social capital theory.The second part puts up some concepts to measure. The main concept of this article,including medium sized and smallprivate owner,the private owner of social capital stock.the structure of private owners of social capital.(network tructure,mesh density,mesh top,net deviation)The third part Mainly describes the current situation of private entrepreneur society capital in our country.The fourth part uses regression analysis to explore the effect that private rivate entrepreneur society capital made on development of entreprise.The last part based on the above and combine with interviwing 20 private entrepreneurs the Man Zhou Li of inner Mongolia,the paper makes conclusion and finally puts up some suggestion.
