The Research On Constructing Grain Logistics System Of Dalian Port

Grain is a foundation of the human existence. Our country is the large country in population, the grain problem seems particularly important. The grain is the final product of agricultural production, has remarkable seasonality, its produce groud and consume groud is apart, which destine the grain to circulate. So the grain mostly reflects and promotes value while circulating. As everyone knows, the logistics is"the third profit source"in the national economy, it is even more like this to the grain logistics. Through constructing grain logistics system, integrate resources, enhance and improve the function, make full use of the foundation and strengths of Dalian port to build a grain distribution high-speed access from major producing areas in the Northeast to major purchasing areas in the South and international market, there is strategic significance to grian production and grain market in Northeast region and the whole country. But how to build grain logistics system and operate efficiently relying on the advantages of the port is the purpose of this paper.The grain of Northeast has excellent quality. Meanwhile, the grain of Northeast could organize a large amount of grain for sales. Otherwise, the population in the southern part of China has a huge upsurge and increasing land had been used for industrial production. On the other hand, along with the improvement of people's living standards, poor taste grain will be gradually reduced. So this situation makes a huge market demand actually.However, due to the restrictions of the concepts of geographical, transport, modern logistics management, the market doesn't meet the demand well yet. The cost of grain logistics is keeping prices up.The paper combines advantages of port and grain logistics to design the grain logistics system of Dalian port by the theory research of port logistics, grain logistics and logistics system. This system combines commerce flow and logistics, further integrate the links of Northeast's grain purchasing, train transportation, sea transportation, storage, distribution, design new logistics mode, achieve the door-to-door sevice with the help of information system and e-business platform. Through the analysis of cost-effective, it can make the evidence economic profit by constructing the system of Dalian grain logistics. Then according analysis of the project, it is proved that the mode is feasible and more operational.This paper consists of five parts:Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and topic significance, research current situation both at home and aboard and innovative points.Secondly, the paper elaborates that the elementary theory knowledge, such as logistics system, grain logistics system, the port logistics and the grain logistics.Thirdly, the paper analyses situation of constructing the system of Dalian grain logistics.Fourthly, the paper designs the system of Dalian port grain logistics basing on analysis of the former parts. Fifthly, case study about coorperation of grain logistics by Dalian Beiliang Company, the Great Northern Wilderness group and Merchants Logistics Group.
