Research On Comprehensive Management Of Reverse Logistics Based On EPR

With perfect of the environment laws and regulations and enlargement of the international competition pressure,the manufacturing enterprise faces the challenge of development of the production and the environment coordinately:the enterprise not only must carry on green management,manufacture green products,but also processes and recycles its castoff,reduces waste polluting the environment as much as possible,enhances the use of resource.Under the great influence of the sustainable development stratagem and the circular economic theory our government put forward scientific development aiming to construct a economical society, reverse logistics deserves more recognition and implementation.As a important part of the supply chain,manufacturing enterprise should take on more social responsibility.Showing by research,enterprise who implement reverse logistics can use raw and processed materials circularly which should come to the target of saving costs,protecting our environment, winning customers and enhancing competitive ability.At the same time,the government, customers and other members of society are the winners.This paper mainly researches on Comprehensive Management of Reverse Logistics Based on EPR,aiming to offer our manufactures pressing and feasible methods of RL practice.Firstly, The paper introduces the present situation that the domestic and foreign research on reverse logistics,what content we should do,what method we should use and the meaning we do this research.In succession,we introduce the relative theories concretely,such as the basic theories on reverse logistics,the circular economic theory,sustainable development theory,game theory and synergetics theory.In chapter three,we analysis the compositive influence on three parts: government,customers and manufacturers through the game model under the implementing reverse logistics by manufacturers.In chapter four and five,we discuss the Comprehensive Management of Reverse Logistics on Manufacturer Responsibility,including the design of network structure,storage controlling management,information management and fellowship management.In the section of the design of network structure,we use the MILP model to construct and analysis the design of network structure in order to obtain the maximum profits of supply chain.In the section of storage controlling management,we aim to the minimum cost of reverse supply chain,and construct the model of single cycle to practise efficient control on the cost of each part.In the section of information management,we advise manufacturer as a leader to set up the information sharing platform.In last section of fellowship management,we emphasize cooperating effect and put up the measures how to found a close fellowship.In the last chapter,we summarise the whole paper and clarify the research conclusion.Based on that, we do the expectation of the next step of research.Based on the domestic and foreign research,combining modem management theories and analysis methods,via the qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper designs the models of reverse logistics to seek the best solution and do a unitary research to each part from the systemic and managing angle of view.
