The improvement of logistics information can speed information flow and influence the equilibrium of logistic work flow. It is very important to improve the competition of modern enterprises.The current logistics information platform only provides the function for releasing information. There are many drawbacks,such as Whitewashing, effects of deceit and joint fraud, and lack early warning mechanism etc. The paper focuses on how to set up a new model of organization method and management technique to solve the existing problems of these logistics platform as mentioned. It brings up the synchronous logistics platform based on, to be aimed at the fundamental reason, assessments of credit and effective to make up for the current existing logistics system.First of all, the establishment of scientific credit assessments system, and use of improved BP(Back-Propagation) neural network algorithm weight training to reduce the man-made to determine the weight of blindness and to increase adaptive capacity.Secondly, for Whitewashing, this paper, propounds the algorithm based on dual and bidirectional assessments of credit, effectively eliminating the phenomenon of Whitewashing. At the same time, the information entropy algorithm filters unreasonable assessments what bringed by malicious fraud and joint fraud, SPC(Statistical Process Control) technology and take on the merchants of credit for real-time monitoring and warning.Then in this paper, and platform has been not only extended vertically to the entire supply chain, proposed by the partner selection algorithm of virtual alliance, so that the entire supply chain to maximize efficiency, but also extended horizontally to the monitoring and warning of public quality and safety emergency events, reflecting the universality of algorithm.Finally, the system architecture and platform developing is discussed in the paper. The purposes, principles and framework of the system have been introduced. The each module's function, structure and human-computer interface, optimizing the performance of platform is described in detail. According to summing up outcomes of the paper, the further research direction is also discussed in the end of the paper. |
