| Water is one of the most important natural resources. The irrational use of water not only resulted in waste of resources, but also increased the burden of environmental protection for enterprises.As a industry which needs a large amount of water and discharges a great deal of waste wate, the petro-chemical enterprises must pay attention to the problem of water-saving in the pursuit of profit and protection of the environment under the circumstance of shortage of water resources.In this thesis, a comprehensive comparison of the status quo in water conversation and emission reduction among domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises has been discussed.Based on the comparison,a detailed analysis to the Tianjin Petrochemical Company production water system is carried out, and a comprehensive evaluation for a number of important water-saving indicators is put forward. Then a water system of the refining department of Tianjin Petrochemical Company is taken for example,in and water pinch technical methods is used to improve its water network in order to save fresh water and reduce waste water. The main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the related evaluation indicators, system and methods about industrial water-saving systematically.2. Analyze on the status quo of water-saving of Tianjin Petro-chemical Company, and have done a test and evaluation to its water-saving indicators.3. Take a water system of the refining department of Tianjin Petrochemical Company for example.Use water pinch technology to analyze internal water flow, and then an upgrading proposal is put forward to existing process, in order to achieve water conservation and waste reduction.4. Exhume the water-saving potential of Tianjin Petro-chemical Company deeply from the two aspects of water-saving indicators and water-saving techniques, then analyze on water conservation and economic benefits arising from the potential, give the rationalization proposals of water use finally. |
