The Study On The Water Saving Potential Of Agriculture In Keerqin District Of Tongliao City

According to the agriculture irrigation and water saving potential in Keerqin district of Tongliao city, this article provided the theory of water supply methods and agriculture irrigations. The study on the water saving potential takes an important part of the water resourses management in Tongliao city.This dissertation depends on the water resources integration management and author's experiences. Considering the actuality of the water resources management and exploitation, and referencing both the international and domestic advanced technology of the water saving potential, this paper research the water saving potentials in Keermi district, Tongliao, and the results concluded that suggestions of the contents and phases of the water savings potential, and the important contents of the construct based on administration, engineering, economy and technology, in order to accelerate the development of angriculture water saving projects in Keer district, Tongliao city. The development of water saving irrigation projects in Keerqin district should be combined to local conditions. The supplies and demands of water resources were analyzed pessimistically, and we forecasted that the potential water saving capability is 0.226 and 0.079 billion m3 in 2010 and 2020 respectively. The water saving potentials can be exploited rationally by some measures, such as the engineering measure, the adjustment of crop planting structure, the exploitation of shallow groundwater, the improvement of surface irrigation manner, the development of advanced irrigation technology and the improvement of water saving management in irrigation areas.
