The research project on the financial crisis early-warning model has been given widespread attention abroad all the time. As the important part of economy and financial early-warning study, it not only has high acdemic value, but alse has the huge social application value. With the development of economic theory and the improvement of the research methods, the study becomes deepening continuously. The strong demand from the practice circle promotes the acdemic research process. In the developing but immature Chinese stock market, the fairness of the companies concerns the interests of the investers and the creditors, so the research on their financial position is very important. In recent years, influenced by the digital technology, international and domestic silver salt products companies have been under serious attack, and some traditional brands have withdrawn from the imaging industry. Kaile Co.,Ltd., the extremely large company in domestic photographic materials industry, is also under tremendous impact. It is therefore imperative to build the financial crisis early-warning model for it.This thesis uses the financial data as the data information, which are publicly disclosed by 37 special chemical products manufacturing listed companies, and utilizes mathematical statistic mathod, such as Independent-Samples T Test, to choose the financial index variables. Then extracts the main fandector by means of factor analysis, selecting the factor scores as the independent variable, building the industry model of special chemical products manufacturing listed companies with the aid of Logistic regressive analysis methods and SPSS statistical software, and constructs financial crisis early-warning model for Kaile Co.,Ltd.. At last, it puts forward the suggestion of strengthening financial crisis early-warning management.
