Research On Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products

Agricultural product is a necessity for people's survival, but the problem of its quality and safety in China is becoming prominent increasingly. This not only impacts on the health and life security of numerous consumers, but also affects the sustainable development of agriculture in our country. Therefore, strengthen on the management of agricultural products'quality and safety is imperative. In the commencement, this article analyzes the problems existing in the quality and safety of agricultural products and its management in our country , compares it with foreign advanced management techniques and methods, proposes the countermeasures of management on agricultural products'quality and safety, and analyzes each of the countermeasures deeply, and puts forward proposal to perfect the situation for the current problems.The paper is divided into six parts:Part I, introduction. In this section, we describe the research background, purpose and significance, situation of research home and abroad, propose the ideas and methods of research, and illustrate the possible innovations.Part II, research on the theoretical support for the problem of agricultural products'quality and safety. In this section, we focus on the major theory, approach and results of researching on quality and safety of agricultural products, then find a foundation to solute the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products in China theoretically .Part III, introduce the current management experience quality and safety of agricultural products overseas. Referring to a large number of examples, data, specifies the measures of enhancing the quality and safety, the technology application and the experience of system construction of quality safety of agricultural products and so on.Part IV , focus on the three aspects of the current status of agricultural products' quality and safety such as the scope of agricultural products and connotation of its quality and safety, the existing regulations and standards of agriculture and food in China, and the current situation of the quality and safety of agricultural production, identify the existing problems of the quality and safety of agricultural products in our country.Part V, analyze the existing problems of agricultural products' safety of China in five aspects. First, there is no established management system of safe and reasonable use of agricultural inputs. Secondly, there are no establishment of system to produce under management of standardization for organizing. Thirdly, the aspect of circulation shows the lack of effective monitoring and supervision system. The last, the responsibility of major management department is not clear, and the management system is unsuccessful.Part VI, to solve the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products, we must carry out all aspects of the entire process of comprehensive remediation from the "farm to fork". In this part, we deeply analyze the following aspects and propose countermeasures. First, to improve the management system of quality and safety of agricultural product in China. Secondly, to increase technical support for the agricultural production, following the way of technical alternate. The third, to formulate sound policies and legal system construction. The last, to construct China's quality and safety of information systems of agricultural products in our country.
