The Research On Hydraulic Engineering Construction Enterprise Project Management

The water conservancy is the important infrastructure and basic industries of social-economic developments.In the recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, water conservancy investment rose steeply, which has brought unprecedented opportunity for the development of our construction enterprises of the water conservancy. On the other hand, our country has a large number of construction enterprises of the water conservancy, the production capacity of the market of the water conservancy construction is larger than demand capacity, and there is lots of competition in the market. After joining WTO, the integration of water conservancy construction at home and abroad becomes inevitable trend. The strong corporation of abroad would come into the water conservancy construction market at home gradually. The competition is unavoidable, and the competition would become more furious. Facing new opportunities and new challenges, how to reform laggard manage system and improve the engineering item manage level is the problem to be solved. After more than 20 years of reform and practice of the engineering project management, domestic enterprise of water project construction has a qualitative leap for project management both theory and practice. But there are still some deep-seated problems in project management practice; it seriously restricted the level of project management. The top priority of enterprise of water project construction is solves the problems of project management, further raises the level of management and enhances competitiveness.This paper starts from the recent status that construction enterprises of the water conservancy in our nation faced, which include the situation, the course of development and project management, analyzed the main problems in project management of construction enterprises,discussed the features of the project management model and its scope of application, made an analysis of the impact factors in selecting project management organization, discussed the principles of setting the project management organization, put forward the forms of suiting for different types of hydraulic engineering;analyzed the existing problems in project manager department construction and management, and proposed measures for improvement; focused on the problems and the reasons of control management for four key that quality, progress, cost, occupational health and safety, and analyzed the factors that impact the four key objectives of control management. Based on the above-mentioned, measures for improvement were proposed. This paper discussed the issue of construction enterprises of the water conservancy project management should pay attention to;discussed the successful experience of foreign business project management and the significance of using the reference form the perspective of construction enterprises and Combination of construction-related cases.
