W Company’s Training System Optimization Design

It’s crucial to the enterprise that conducting out internal training well, which is benefitial to enhance employee occupation accomplishment and practical working ability, improve the performance of the organization, realize the enterprise human resources management goal, reduce the waste of talent and give full play of human potential.In order to obtain the real staff training needs, we must carry on the full investigation of objective, determine the training objectives, and construct a set of suitable and feasible employee training system. It has theoretical significance and practical reference value to promote the rapid development of enterprises and sustainable development.This paper uses the method of observation/interviews and archival records to understand what employees want to obtain by training or wish to participate in what form of training. Through the analysis of a case, the paper diagnoses W company’s existing training system to find the problem, and analysis its causes. Through the summary, the paper proposes suggestions and countermeasures on the optimization training system scheme of W company. Through the pilot experiment, the paper verificates whether the new training program is effective, reasonable or feasible.After the study, the author finds out the problems existing W company’s staff training system, such as the system is lack of training needs analysis, training content is not practical, the supervise mechanism in the training process is not perfect and the training evaluation is lack of application, and so on. Aiming at the problems, the author continues to improve and perfect the training system. For example, the paper carries out the staff training needs analysis based on analysis performance consulting model, chooses the practical training courses and contents based on the employees’ needs and problems, strengthens to monitor the training process, strengthens the rewards and punishment mechanism of the training system, in order to reflect the application of the effect of assessmenting the training results. And the paper sets up W company’s more perfect the staff training system finally.
