Study On Collaborative Management System For Construction Enterprises Projects

With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology and network technology and their extensive application in project management, project collaborative management information has become a hot research field in project management. For the construction enterprises, establishing an Internet-based collaborative project management platform, realizing collaborative operating mechanism between construction enterprises and various projects of their jurisdiction, and implementing real-time analysis and solve problems, can effectively raise the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and help them stand out from the crowd in the industry competition.In this paper, both the theory and practice of construction enterprise collaborative management had been researched on. First, the author made a detailed comprehensive discussion of research dynamics at home and abroad and theoretical system of collaborative management of construction enterprises including the project management, collaborative management, CSCW, CMS and so on, analysised current situation of domestic and foreign construction enterprise project management, and proposed that collaborative management was the only way for our construction enterprises project management. Secnd, with actual production of construction enterprises, the author put forward an innovative form system as the first choice for development of collaborative management system for construction enterprise projects and designed 10 system modules and 61 initial forms for project management. Then, using B/S architecture and ASP technology, from server installation and configuration, database option, system functional design, system security design and so on, a collaborative management forms system based on ASP for construction enterprises projects had been build . Last, as Zhan-Cheng Construction Group collaborative management for example, a case study had been conducted. Implementation of system function and test result showed that the theory and methods of collaborative management forms system for construction enterprises projects had played a positive role in guiding the practice of building construction enterprises information, which had been fully affirmed by the user.
