A Study On Structure And Distribution Optimizing Of City And Countryside Construction Land

In recent years, along with the deepening of the policy reform and open to the outside world, as well as the speeding up of urbanization advancement, the cities'non-agriculture construction uses are increasing rapidly year by year, and the cities'scale is expanding unceasingly. The economical development, the population increase, and at the same time the wasting and unreasonably use of the land resource, intensify China's land resource usage contradiction, which has been prominent day by day. Optimizing the structure and distribution of city and countryside land-use is the objective need of overall arrangement of development of town and country, and an important way to save and intensive the utilization of the land resource, and it is also the necessary need to implement the Scientific View of Development in all round. This investigation was supported by the new land-use planning with Pu county, Shanxi province. Based on the data of domestic economy and land-use situation, the structure and distribution optimizing of city and countryside land-use were studied from 2005 to 2020, using relevant economic analysis methods, statistic analysis method, tendency forecast method, and linear regressive analysis method was used to study the portable land structure and distribution of Pu town and country, in order to provide scientific suggestion and technical support for the overall organization of land utilization and implementation of land policy. Results from this investigation as follow:(1) Getting the theory basement, influential factors and following principle of utilizing portable land structure and proper distribution in town and country, also providing the utilization thinking and method.(2) Making clear the situation and problem of portable land structure and distribution in Pu county. Because of land supply and demand contradiction, rough management, improper distribution,"hollow village"phenomenon, portable earth disconnection in town and country, and so on.(3) Urbanization, population and primary industry is to promote the expansion of construction land Pu county three driving forces.(4) The urban and rural construction land in 2010 will reach 4043.94 hm2; the urban and rural construction land will reach 4497.91 hm2 in 2020.(5) Optimize the layout of urban and rural areas, establish the county center as a developing core. Develop the northeast and southeast of the county, create "ping"-shaped layout structure. Through traffic network, the three will be a single entity, and extent to other county.(6) Propose the policy of optimizing structure and layout of urban and rural land use.
