Shanxi Province is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization, many long-standing history of cultural heritage, regardless of type, quantity or grade of the front ranking first in the nation. Have now published nearly 100 thousand Office units to be protected at all levels. Shanxi complex topography, many mountains and rivers, is known as "Table Mountains and Rivers". Its 18 national forest parks, four national nature reserves, 5 national scenic areas, with higher value of nature-based tourism resources. However, the economic development of Shanxi tourism in the country in a backward position, the reasons leading to this situation, in addition to the objective existence of its own weak economic base, late development of the tourism industry and other reasons, and understanding of tourism image of Shanxi Province, lack the depth of its excavation, accurate positioning, which in the tourism image of the spread of many of the problems show a direct impact on tourism in Shanxi sustained and healthy development of the economy. Therefore, the excavation depth Tourism image, accurate positioning and broaden communication channels is the top priority of tourism development in Shanxi.This study based on the theoretical research and empirical studies, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, data collection and field survey combined the image of Shanxi Tourism has done a thorough investigation and analysis.First of all, analysis Shanxi Tourism comprehensively, conducted to understand the geographical context, to grasp the context of regional humanities, which have scenic overview of Shanxi. Resources are a prerequisite for tourism development, and infrastructure. Of resources for a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the resources can be a very good grasp.Followed by image analysis of Shanxi travel survey, the use of a questionnaire design and data collection, data statistics, research methods, and the use of software technology editor Microsoft Excel data through weighted, sum, average, etc., computing elements of the sum of the proportion of grades of membership. In order to enable effective data analysis, this article use the fuzzy analysis of raw data, access to the evaluation of tourism projects in Shanxi Province tourist perception and satisfaction with the level of membership, the use of customer satisfaction (CSD) to determine an integrated fuzzy model for the determination of tourists in Shanxi Province perceived satisfaction with tourism. Targeted analyzing and positioning through analysis the satisfaction, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of tourism in Shanxi.Once again, the positioning of the image of tourism in Shanxi, Shanxi prominent focus on the human characteristics, combined with a maximum of Shanxi Province and Shanxi Merchants relics on the ground has a long history as the core and highlights the cultural heritage features and Shanxi merchants of the concept of the main brand, Shanxi's tourism image should be defined as "China Cultural museum, the birthplace of Shanxi Merchants" Besides, divided Shanxi Province into three areas: North Shanxi, Middle Shanxi and south Shanxi, and positioning, respectively.Finally, the study gives some feasible recommendations such as the spread of Shanxi tourism image as proposed, advertisement planning, public planning, online media and so on.
