An Analysis On The Factors Affecting Using Right Coversion Of Rural Collective Commercial Construction Land And Conversion Machanism

Rural collective commercial construction land (RCCCL) is an important component of rural collective land,It palys an increasingly important role in the economic development of china.In-depth analysis on the factors of RCCCL Using right conversion as well as how to regulate its conversion mechanism are meaningful for the current land management theory and practice.On the base of field research and large number of literature, this paper in-depth analyse the factors of RCCCL using right conversion and conversion mechanism. Firstly,this paper clearly defines the research themes and the related concepts, points out research object and research methods in this paper, reviewes relevant theoretical basis and literature on rural collective construction Land (RCCL) and introduces the formation and related regulations of RCCL. Secondly, this paper focus on an empirical study about RCCCL in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. Through field research data and statistical information, author analyses the factors of RCCCL using right conversion with qualitative and quantitative analysis method and on that basis, author try to provide the conversion mechanism innovation.Based on the foregoing researech the author put forward policy advice on how to consummate the mechanism of collective land's conversion and how to innovate RCCCL institution.
