Research On Rural Logistics In Dalian Based On The Context Of Whole Area Urbanization

With the launching of the China's new rural construction, and the deepening of rural reform, rural logistics and attracted everyone's attention. Response to the national new rural construction in the decision-making and urban development, Dalian government has a clearly statement in the Municipal Committee of the Tenth seven plenary sessions, that we should be made to adapt to urban-rural dual structure to accelerate conversion of the trend, promoting the process of a Whole Area Urbanization. After many meetings and discussions in April 2010 introduced a new urban management system implemented in Dalian, officially blew the horn of the Whole Area Urbanization Construction of Dalian. Logistics service system in rural construction and development will certainly better for the farmers and agricultural services, will also greatly promote the Whole Area Urbanization Construction of Dalian. This article is based on the background of the upside facts, conduct a study on logistics development in rural areas in Dalian.After preliminary surveys and studies, the content of this article is divided into three parts:the first part is the concept of rural logistics and summarizes of the current situation:First of all, the concept of logistics in rural areas were defined, it is different from the agricultural and agro-logistics logistics concept. Then introduced the current situation of rural logistics and operation, compared the gap between domestic and foreign logistics in rural areas. After the study of theory and previous preliminary findings, analysis of the status of rural logistics and identify the logistics in Dalian, find out the existence problems, such as the rural poor infrastructure, have not formed a complete network system, a single operating system backward and so on. Discuss Dalian's development of rural logistics and feasibility analysis, and come to a positive conclusion. The second part, combined with the local natural conditions, dividing the rural logistics nodes, and using 0-1 programming model to optimize the rural logistics network system. Take the blueberry product in Zhuanghe for example and conduct a specific analysis. The third part, after building and optimize a logistics network, try to make some suggestions to the logistics management system in rural areas, hoping to find a fundamental approach to the development of rural logistics.Studies of this article can be related to the local logistics companies and logistics sector, provide some references for farmers and agricultural products suppliers to improve business awareness of modern logistics, reducing rural logistics cost, hoping to provide some help for the rural development.
