With the development of urban-rural integration of commerce and trade in China,urban and rural markets are increasingly demanding the integration of commercial logistics service network,and the environment of urban-rural integration of commerce and trade is also developing in dynamic changes.On the one hand,the lack of effective integration of supermarket resources in China's commercial enterprises leads to the failure to adapt to the market demand in time.On the other hand,it is because the network resources of trade and logistics can not be effectively used,and it is urgent to carry out more systematic dynamic integration.Based on the actual situation and development trend of modern business chain enterprises,scholars have made in-depth research on the optimization and integration of urban and rural business logistics service network,logistics distribution network,logistics service network and optimization mode.Business practitioners have also carried out many beneficial explorations in the practice of business logistics service network resource optimization.However,these studies and explorations on the optimization and integration of logistics network resources lack the improvement of the mode of resource optimization and integration in theory and the guidance of resource optimization and integration in operation.Based on the demand of urban-rural integration of commerce and trade,this paper makes a theoretical exploration on the optimization and integration of resources in the network of commerce and logistics,which has positive practical significance for promoting the common development of urban and rural economy.Paper studies main business processes follow trade logistics work order,has carried on the distribution center location optimization of node distribution path optimization distribution mode optimization of logistics resource allocation optimization and global optimization of logistics service resources,in the process of the research from the business to the way the overall resources,to build the research framework of resource optimization and integration.The thesis mainly carries on the research in the following aspects:(1)Optimization of business logistics service networkThe optimization of business logistics service network includes time optimization and space optimization.In section 3.2,this paper studies the time optimization of sales market of village and town business enterprises.In this section,the sales forecasting technology model is firstly constructed,and the sales forecasting technology model of village and town enterprises is verified from the perspective of application practice.The long-term trend and seasonal change of time series mean are analyzed to simulate the change of function and predict the future sales.These studies are conducive to the scientific and reasonable decision-making of the management decision-making level of the village and town retail enterprises,which is of great significance for the management personnel to make effective sales plans.As for how to integrate the nodes between the supermarket commercial logistics distribution center and the production base,chapter 3 only selects the nodes of the commercial logistics network such as the logistics distribution center,supermarket business network and production base for simple optimization analysis.The location modeling is carried out when discussing the commercial logistics distribution center.The TSP model is used to optimize the transportation route from the production base to the distribution center.The VRP model is used to solve the problem of how to optimize the nodes from the distribution center to the supermarkets.On farmers and the path optimization distribution network,constructs the optimization model,with the improved genetic algorithm,and the numerical verification through such nodes integrated optimization analysis,can achieve the intensive development of the commercial logistics service network,reduce the circulation,establish effective circulation channel directly,creation of new circulation mode of resources integration,and better implement resource integration.(2)Mixed collocation delivery optimization based on resource integrationHow to mix and match low temperature and normal temperature goods reasonabjy,mixed loading of supermarket goods with different volume weight and temperature is carried out in a certain way,it is the main research content of chapter 4.Chapter 4 is based on the integration of logistics resources,considering the inventory cost of logistics distribution,transportation cost,energy consumption cost and penalty cost,etc.,the related problems are described,the mathematical model of mixed distribution logistics optimization is established,the empirical analysis is also carried out,this provides a new feasible scheme for commercial enterprises to carry out load distribution by using ordinary vehicles,it can effectively solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency of logistics distribution in small and medium-sized supermarkets.(3)Optimize the distribution of logistics resources in commercial enterprisesChapter 5 studies the grey system theory and the logistics optimization of retail industry,after detailed analysis of GM(1,1)model construction and testing,this paper applies grey system theory and grey model GM(1,1),analysis and forecast of commodity sales logistics demand and supply logistics demand of Fudi company,at the end of chapter 5,the resource optimization results are analyzed by the demand capability index,and from the angle of enterprise strategy put forward relevant suggestions,the research results of this paper suggest that enterprises should make full use of logistics resources and facilities,carry out the third party logistics service business of the enterprise.(4)Overall optimization of trade and logistics service resources in urban and rural areasIn chapter 6,the key variables of urban and rural commercial logistics service resources are systematically analyzed and simulated using the modeling and simulation prediction technology of system dynamics,so as to realize the overall optimization of urban and rural commercial logistics resources.In the process of optimization,the paper successively analyzes the specific logistics service resources,such as the investment in logistics service resources,the training of logistics talents,and the transportation of logistics resources.In the process of research,the paper also makes observation and analysis by constantly adjusting the index of relevant variables,The final result of the study believes that the optimization of logistics fixed assets,such as urban and rural infrastructure,has the greatest effect on the improvement of urban and rural commercial logistics service system.The transportation optimization effect of logistics resources is second;the improvement effect of logistics talent optimization is the weakest.After adjusting the variable index,the investment of logistics fixed assets,such as urban and rural infrastructure,has the fastest effect.The effective time of logistics talent optimization is second;the optimization of logistics resources has the slowest effect?These studies are of great value for optimizing and integrating urban and rural logistics resources and ultimately realizing overall optimization.
