Study On Intellectual Property Strategy And China's International Trade Policy

As it is ninth year after China's entry into the World Trade Organization, China's economic development has made significant progress. With economic globalization, China is being in line with international standards. China has been fulfilling the entry promises progressively, and tariff barriers have already been reduced by a large margin. Intellectual Property Right competition launched by developed countries impacted our industry. At the same time, The international environment of Intellectual Property Right that domestic enterprises faced is more severe than before. Intellectual Property Right crisis appeared day by day. Therefore, it is much urgent to study the rules of Intellectual Property Right Protection in the world and counter measures of China.This Paper aims at introducing relevant concepts in Intellectual Property Right protection in details, and aims to put the relations between Intellectual Property Rights Protection and relevant concepts in order. This article pointed out that the current situation and our country's problems, With the progressive process of market liberalization, intellectual property protection should be proactive and independent R & D strategy. Thus, We reached the conclusion in the half-past-transitional period entering WTO, China should implement positive Intellectual Property Right Protection and appropriate right limited tactics.In part one, the basic situation of the paper was introduced.In part two, previous research results were summarized, and deficiencies were pointed out.In part three, the concepts of the intellectual property, intellectual property protection and intellectual property barriers were introduced. At last I analyses future models of the copyright, and trademark, which play a positive role in improving the trade environment.The fifth part of paper establishes the mathematical regression model of innovation and intellectual property rights of enterprises which demonstrate that domestic enterprises must improve the quality of patent applications and strengthen the innovation to grasp the importance of core competence.Finally, the opinions and suggestions of national strategic and corporate strategy are put forward.
