Design Of Performance Management System For Fujian Power Generation Company

The deepening reform of the electricity market, not only brought about tremendous opportunities, but brought in all aspects of the impact and challenges to the traditional electric power system. Facing fierce market competition, power companies have to pay attention to their own management. As a core resource, great importance will inevitably be attached to human resources by business executives. While at the core status of human resources management, performance management plays an important role, therefore performance management are of great importance for the development objectives of power enterprises.In this paper, based on the theory of performance management, we analyzed performance management problems existed in Fujian power Generation Company, and then decomposed the company's strategies to form key performance indicators. Later a complete performance management system was designed for Fujian power Generation Company. Finally, the process of performance management was analyzed and effective measures were proposed to ensure the implementation of performance management system.
