Chemical Industry Parks have played a positive part in promoting industrial restructure, upgrading product technology and improving the investment environment. With the rapid economic development, China is beginning a new climax in the construction of heavy chemical building, which is characterized by Chemical Industry Parks; the number of Chemical Industry Parks is increasing now. The safety planning and high operational efficiency are the two key points in the planning of Chemical Industry Parks. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made remarkable achievements in the safety planning areas. As the factors like market greatly affecting the chemical industry, searching efficient logistic operational model is of great significance to maintain the operational efficiency of Chemical Industry Parks in any caseWith the purpose of searching appropriate logistic operational model of Chemical Industry Parks, starting from improving operating efficiency, this paper mainly studies work flow of Chemical Industry Parks. The researches are as follows.Firstly, through analyzing Chemical Industry Parks and work flow of Chemical Industry Parks in detail, the paper concludes the character and the problems of work flow of Chemical Industry Park, and proposes to module work flow of Chemical Industry Parks in the light of the function, which provide basis for building model.Secondly, combining the commonly used modeling method and the operational characteristic of Chemical Industry Parks, the paper proposes to use IDEFO method to build model. IDEFO method is introduced in detail, and is applied in building model of work flow of Chemical Industry Parks.Thirdly, intensive logistics operational mode which supports the designed work flow with IDEFO method is supposed. Intensive work mode is mainly presented.Finally, the IDEFO method is also applied to design work flow of a Chemical Industry Parks which called DL in the city of Ordos; the AHP is used to evaluate the designed and the traditional program, verifying the advantages of the designed program.Research results show that using IDEFO method to design work flow of Chemical Industry Park can maintain the operational efficiency of the Parks in any case. And it can promote the development of the planning of Chemical Industry Parks.
