Industrial Cluster is an economical phenomenon that many associated enterprises and institutions assemble in the particular geographic space around some industry to gain a competitive advantage. Industry cluster is a new organization between enterprise and market all over the world, and it is the economical foundation for a region n or country. Today, industry cluster has already become the focus for scholars home and abroad.
