More and more enterprises are focus on marketing, since lots of foreign companies exploring and praciting on China market as well as the modern enterprise management. The proper marketing strategy is the key point, which can lead companies to present on market,to obtain the occupation of market share, to mantain the market share and then to explore more on new territory to complete one circle of marketing. After two decades of development of OEM production, CPY turn herself into a full means of Mfg by buying a brand name NT on US market, which allows CPY to have her own brand name on market place, no longer ONLY OEM. CPY needs to feed this brand name by doing all marketing jobs involved such as market positioning, designing, promoting the brand name, sales chanels. Fortunately, CPY looks like had a correct stratege set up fitting herself well on oversea market, at mean time the domestic market is blooming, ready for CPY on the next marketing step.Hereby the paper are introducing the whole picture of furniture OEM Mfg development as study background, how OEM was bloomed and spread fast around China with lower know-how, easy break-into and hot competition among them as well as struggling for survival after financial crisis triggered off. CPY was picked up as a successful OEM turning into a full function Mfg to explain that how to be a corporation, how to establish, develop market arrangement strategy which fits CPY, her own positioning situation; Analyze, adjudge product positioning on different market, SWOT as well. This is the spread point of my essay and summarize what CPY now doing on them, give my own view on where are worth of improvement, what are the problems and conflicts, doubt points to clarify and the conclusion on CPY corporation strategy, keep on changing as the market changes all the time, nothing still and you need to change, you need to catch those changes which equal to chances.
