Study On The Urbanization Development Under The Influence Of Mineral Resources In Longnan Gansu Province

Longnan city is located in southeast of Gansu Province, rich in mineral resources, the exploitation of mineral resources is growing with the development of industrialization. How to find a balance during in mineral resources, environment and urbanization is an important problem for Longnan in the process of urbanization must be addressed. Based on the actual study and investigation, this pater analysis the mineral resources, economic and social development in Longnan. The Urbanization of Longnan has gone through three phases from 1948 to 2008, recovery and development, the initial stage, the transition from the start to the rapid development. Judging from the level of urbanization, The level of urbanization is overall low in Longnan, with the advance of industrialization, urbanization level increased gradually. The level of urbanization is a marked difference in Longnan, Chengxian, Liangdang and Huixian are relatively high Lixian and Tanchang are relatively low. The level of urbanization shows that the east is high, north-west and south of the distribution are low. Based on the statistical data from the year 1990 to 2008, We analyzed the quantitative relationship between Urbanized level and Mineral resources output value,and GDP per captita,and the relationship model between them was constructed. To between the mineral resource change and the urbanized process's interactive relations, the urbanization level of development difference has carried on the analysis. Results show that, in the Longnan Area, the relationship between Urbanization and Mineral resources output value can be simulated by a logarithmic curre, we find that Mineral resources obviously restricted the process of urbanization and the urbanized horizontal disparity is getting bigger and bigger in Longnan Area. The Cobb-Douglas function is derived based on the Romer model,this paper constructed the resistance model of urbanization, analyzed the impact on economic development and urbanization from different levels of mineral resources. This paper draws that the restriction of gold, lead and zinc are higher than Copper and coal to the economic development of Longnan, the restriction of Lead-zinc, gold, coal are higher than copper to the urbanization of Longnan. It can be find that there are close relationship between urbanization level of development and development of mineral resources in Longnan. Therefore, Longnan should change the traditional model of urbanization and economic development, improve the management system of mineral resources and the efficiency of mineral resources, alternative strategies in mineral resources ensure the supply of scarce mineral resources, rationalize the structure, Change resource advantages into economic advantages, promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
