As the development of intellectual economy, competition in tapping human resources has increasingly become the key competitiveness factor of enterprises. In order to keep employees and fully tap the staff s intelligence and talents,we must enhance employee satisfaction and their sense of belonging, so as to realize people oriented management. The employee Satisfaction has already become an important topic in human resources management. Nowadays, human resources are the most important competitive resources of the enterprises, so the high staff satisfaction will enhance employees' efficiency, promote management alignment, and ultimately will be beneficial to improve the enterprises competitiveness Just based on this,this paper takes ordinary employees of Lanzhou Communication Technology Corporation as the research object, evaluates the employee satisfaction by the research methods of questionnaire and interviews,and analyzes the evaluation data, so as to help us to understand the employees job satisfaction of private high-tech enterprises,to grasp the key fact or affecting the employees job satisfaction of private high-tech enterprises,to analyze the reasons to the employees job satisfaction and un-satisfaction and also bring forward relative improvement measures. However, the significance and value of the employee satisfaction are not realized in the course of the running of enterprise. What's the reason of this phenomenon?The result of analysis and interviews indicates that the job satisfaction integral level in Lanzhou Communication Technology Corporation is general. Based on the analysis, the thesis proposes the following advice:working out a reasonable salary distribution system;establishing a fair promotion mechanism;constructing a warm, harmonious and healthy enterprise atmosphere;improving the training systems;Helping them establish career development planning; guiding and motivating staff.In the end, realizing highly harmony and identity in the value of staff and enterprise development.
