With the deepening and improvement of China's financial reform,the rise of artificial intelligence and mobile payment business,and the emergence of various different scale and nature of the main bank,including foreign banks,the development of commercial banks in China is also facing unprecedented challenges.Facing the increasingly competitive financial market,it is particularly important to effectively improve its own service level,serve customers with high quality and win customer loyalty.Practice has proved that the satisfaction level of bank employees directly determines the quality of its service work,and its service quality will directly affect the satisfaction of customer groups.Therefore,it is an effective means for banks to enhance their comprehensive strength to improve the level of employee satisfaction,and then to improve their service quality and obtain high-quality customers.This paper takes the counter staff of ICBC lanzhou branch as the research object,through studying,analyzing the current situation of employee satisfaction research at home and abroad and the related concepts,theories and evaluation methods of employee satisfaction,determines the research ideas and framework,fully combines the preliminary interview results,scientifically and reasonably designs the questionnaire of employee satisfaction of ICBC lanzhou branch cabinet.The questionnaire used the Likert5-point scale scoring method to investigate and study from the five dimensions of job position,work relationship,salary treatment,career development and work environment.Statistical analysis results show that ICBC lanzhou branch cabinet staff satisfaction with the branch score is extremely low,especially the two indicators of career development and work relationship score is extremely low,job and salary treatment score,work environment dimension score is the highest,satisfaction level is good.On this basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the 11 evaluation indexes under each dimension,and focuses on the 10 problems with the lowest employee satisfaction,that is,the position cannot give full play to the personalknowledge and skills,the lack of challenge,the inability to get the necessary guidance from the superior in the work,the inability to transmit positive energy among colleagues,the incomparison between salary and work pay,the unrelated pay and performance appraisal,the unsound or inadequate implementation of the paid leave system,the unreasonable promotion system,the unfair promotion opportunities,the failure to provide further study opportunities,etc.Based on the five dimensions of job position,working relationship,salary,career development and working environment,this paper studies and formulates the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the staff satisfaction of ICBC lanzhou branch cabinet,with a view to improving the staff satisfaction level of ICBC lanzhou branch cabinet through these improvement measures,and then maximizes the value creativity and initiative of employees,better serves customers,fosters customer loyalty,and promotes branch management performance.
