The performance appraisal system design is to establish a modern human resources management. How to design and establish a set of science, and practical, adapt to business strategy development needs of the performance appraisal system, has become one of the enterprise management is a very important issue. Western mining lead industry branch has long made a simple personnel management, employee performance is not scientific, valid evaluation, the enterprise had "big" phenomenon. Positive and inefficiency, poor work performance, and this has also caused enterprises lack of vitality, it is difficult to improve business performance. In view of this, companies need to put in place a suitable enterprise operations performance appraisal system, to enhance enterprise performance levels increase, the company's core competence.This article first summarizes the performance management of domestic and international experience and research results, and proposed performance appraisal system design.
