| The logistic system is an important link to manufacturing enterprise. It makes the normal production of manufacturing enterprises having very important effect. The internal and external factors of production logistics system is analysed and studied, which is to ensure the stable production manufacturing enterprise operation and high efficiency having important significance.Taking productiong logistics of manufacturing enterprise as the analysing focus, the effect infectious factors of the production logistics system are analysed and studied on Supply Chain's upstream and downstream link. The key problems are identified and the techniques are put forward of solving problems in order to improve the management level of enterprises and benefit. Finally, the index system is established for performance evaluating to manufacturing enterprise logistics system.Firstly, the analysis model of production logistics system is established, factors that influence production logistics system are divided into internal and external factors of the system, and the influencing factors are analyzed. Rationalization tactics to manufacturing enterprise are given.Secondly, system internal factor of the production logistics system, purchasing suppling logistics system, are analyzed. By way of the effective management of suppliers and inventory, it is solved that the issue of rationalization of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises. The comprehensive evaluation of supplier selection is accomplished by using the AHP and FCE method. The algorithm is proposed according to the program in this paper. The method and the procedure to select suppliers are illustrated by an instantiation case. Sort of inventory items by ABC method is based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Reasonable inventory control method is given according to the classification of products. Thirdly, production logistics system of manufacturing enterprise is analyzed. Taking workshop of a pipe-processing enterprise as an example, simulation for existing workshop logistics system is made, production bottleneck of the work shop logistics is found, and the improvement plan is designed to realize the factory workshop logistics optimization.Finally, sales of recycling logistics system of the value realization of manufacturing enterprise product are analyzed, and reasonable strategies are given. Index system of manufacturing enterprise logistics system performance evaluation is established and each index of the standards and methods is given and evaluated. |
