The Performance Assess Investigation Of Yantai CheWuDuan

In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the problems of lacking transporting capacity on our Railway Transportation System increased gradually. To improve this situation, the state departments have invested a lot on the railway construction, especially on the High-Speed Railway construction. But just like a double-edged sword, this will bring both great opportunities and severe challenges to the grassroots railway enterprises. In order to fit the market and their long-term development, the railway enterprises have to improve the level of performance management.With a real practice, based on a deep survey and analysis on the original performance evaluation of Yantai CheWuDuan, the author tried to find out the shortage of the old performance evaluation system and establish a scientific one. This paper recorded the implement and gave an effective result of the new system.According to the actual situation of Yantai CheWuDuan, combining theories and cases, static description and dynamic analysis, in this paper the author referred to many theories on human resource development and management and took some as her methodology guiding. At the same time, this paper tried to give some specific suggestions on the performance evaluation system, which is needed in the operation of the railway enterprises. It also provided some preferable examples for the theoretical research.
