The Growth Process Of International New Ventures Based On The Entrepreneurship

With the rise of International entrepreneurship as well as the deepening of economic globalization, a new organization different from multinational enterprise—international new ventures creat and develop.From the start international new ventures see the international market as development goals,and can be successfully compete with the long-standing business in the international marketmto achieve the enterprise's own rapid growth,and thus present a challenge to the theory of traditional international business.Since the 20th century 90s,entrepreneurship in economic development play an increasingly important role,it become the main driving force for economic growth.Therefore,this article attempts to analyse the impact to international new ventures from the perspective of entrepreneurship.In this paper,firstly the author analyzed the theory of INVs and entrepreneurship,pointing out that the differences opinions about them,leading to the necessity of studying this problem. Secondly,through the presentation of the traditional theoretical models of international business Uppsala entrepreneurial venture model as well as several classical models,to understand the role of entrepreneurship in entrepreneur process,summarize and analyze the key competencies of the entrepreneurial spirit in the INVs growth process,build out the relational model of the entrepreneurial spirit impact the INVs;Finally, make relevant policy recommendations.In this paper,it concluded that:in the development process of INVs,the main ability of entrepreneurship include:Innovation,risk-taking,and excellent management capabilities;find,identify opportunities;the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment;resource integration capabilities;communication and leadership ability of the team. With the Zahra& George entrepreneurial model,analyse the above five kinds of capabilities and international business impact of the relationship between the three dimensions,and impact of relational model was constructed.In development,our INVs also exist a lot of problems,so we have to face the existence problems,even more realize in government's concern,enterprise joint efforts could build the good environment that help the spirit of entrepreneurship to form and create enterprises to produce,grow up with world newly.
