Research On Transfer Quantity Of Rural Labor In Liaoning Province

A number of rural labors in china entered into the city during 1980s. This process brought about a lot of economic and social problems. It has become the research focus of the whole theory world on how to solve this problem. Liaoning Province is a typical old industrial base in our country, affected by many complex factors, the province's rural surplus labor issue is typical, and the province's employment had a negative impact. Whether can successfully resolve this problem is closely related to the further development of the economy and society of Liaoning Province. In this context, the research chooses to study the transfer quantity problem on rural labor of Liaoning Province.This paper is based on the theory on the transfer of rural labor, and analyzes the transfer condition of Liaoning Province. At the same time, this paper chooses four different methods to calculate the transfer quantity of rural labor in Liaoning Province in different thinking ways, including comparative labor productivity method, estimates of classical economics method, international standard structure comparative methods. Through analyzing the results above, I calculate the changing range of the transfer quantity of rural labor of Liaoning Province. Finally, this paper makes the conclusion about how to solve the problem of the transfer of rural labor in Liaoning Province.The whole text is divided into five parts. The introduction is a brief summary of the rural labor force at home and abroad, it also introduces the purpose, the significance, the research methods and the innovation. The first chapter is about the basic theory, which mainly defines the basic concept of the transfer of rural labor, and including the relevant domestic and foreign theory. This part provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis. The second part introduces the transfer condition of rural labor force in Liaoning Province, including the quantity level of the transfer quantity of rural labor, the basic structure and the main features. The third chapter is the core of this paper. It is based on the theoretical research and historical conditions of the rural labor force in the last two chapters. This part depicts the quantity from demand and supply's respective angles:on one hand, it makes use of three different methods to calculated the transfer quantity of rural labor in Liaoning Province, which is from the supply angle; on the other hand, this text makes use of the prediction ratio method of urban and country population to predict the transfer quantity of the rural labor in Liaoning. Through calculating the quantity, the paper can conclude a changing range of the transfer quantity of the rural labor in Liaoning. The last chapter is the conclusion of this text, which makes the conclusion and the policy recommendations:through the whole text's analysis, it's necessary to promote the transfer of the rural labor in Liaoning, including disappearing the diversification between cities and countries, maintaining the steady growth of urban and rural economy, increasing the investment in human capital, and unifying the social security system between cities and countries.This text is mainly choosing the research method of literature review and quantitative analysis. Firstly, it summarizes the overall theory and the condition of the transfer of rural labor force with the method of literature review. Then it chooses the quantitative analysis method to calculate the transfer quantity of rural labor of Liaoning Province. Finally, this paper provides the policy recommendations on how to solve the problem of promoting the transfer of the rural labor in Liaoning.
