A Study On The Transfer Of Rural Labor Force In The Process Of Guizhou 's Industrialization

Since the2008financial crisis, China’s coastal areas affected by the financial crisis andexports of high manufacturing costs. Industry needs to be transferred to the inland regionsthrough low-cost inland areas, and lower selling price of the product make the product playcompetitive advantage. In this case, the coastal areas begin to adjust industrial structure, so,the industry began to shift to inland areas which provide a new impetus to promote theindustrialization process in Guizhou. Guizhou province which has a large rural population,due to the geographical environment, agricultural development is hindered, a large backlog ofrural labor force need to be transferred from domestic industrialization process and theprocess of industrialization of rural labor transfer is an important issue. Based on the actualsituation of Guizhou Province, Guizhou industrialization process through the measurement ofrural labor transfer analysis and research, the process of industrialization in Guizhou rurallabor problems and make recommendations to resolve issues related to the transfer of rurallabor force is in the process of industrialization in Guizhou provide reference.In this paper, the knowledge of economics-related labor economics, institutionaleconomics, industrial economics, drawing on the domestic process of industrialization of rurallabor transfer theory and literature as a reference to the process of industrialization in Guizhourural labor transfer analyze the problem. This paper studies the process of industrialization inGuizhou rural labor transfer analysis of the history and current situation in the analysis of thedevelopment process, and summarizes the process of industrialization in Guizhou rural labortransfer characteristics, combined with theoretical analyzes the main factors in the pair theanalysis of the status quo, proposed at this stage in the process of industrialization in Guizhourural labor transfer problem. After considering these two theories and analysis of results of theanalysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the problem.This study mainly from the following aspects:1, The use of metering method to calculatethe number of surplus rural labor of Guizhou, and further amended calculated to be thetransfer of rural labor force.2, Through Guizhou and industrial deviation and to analyze theemployment elasticity of agriculture and agricultural employment structure.3, For the transferof rural labor force survey carried out relevant research, analysis of the labor force in ruralGuizhou Liupanshui form and select the Bijie test area and a more detailed investigation andanalysis.4, according to the results of the analysis are summarized in the industrializationprocess in Guizhou rural labor transfer problems and considering the results of the analysis of the text of proposed recommendations.Analyzed by analysis and investigation and analysis of the measured combination of theindustrialization process in Guizhou rural labor transfer, the paper summarizes the existingproblems: First, there is a lot to be transferred rural labor; Second, there is a deviation ofindustrial and agricultural employment structure, employment poor stability; Third, the lowoverall quality of the rural labor force, lack of human capital accumulation; Fourth, lack ofindustrial park construction, local transfer of rural labor difficulties; five rural labor transferconstrained system. Which is a result of the foregoing two questions from the measurementresults of the analysis, followed by three questions on the survey results of the analysis ofGuizhou. In response to these problems, we have considered the basis of suggestions on thetext of the research results.
