The Grey Area Of The Labor Relation And The Arrangement Of Its Legal System

A grey area is a term for a border in-between two things that is unclearly defined, a border that is hard to define or even impossible to define.A grey area of the labor relation means an area between the labor relation and the service relation. If we take a social relation which is produced by labor utilization as a spectrum ,there are three spectral colors :the labor relation,the service relation and the grea area lying between the labor relation and the service relation. The grea area is pruduced by the development of the traditional laobr relation.The premise of studing the grey area of the labor relation is the definition and characters of the labor relation.The paper starts from the definition and characters of the grey area,then analyzes why the grey area of the laobor relation comed out.With the introductions of different forms in grey area,at last the paper gives some suggtions on the regulation of the grey area.
