Study On The Development Of SMEs In Zao Zhuang

With the development of economic and social, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are playing an important role in the national economic growth for the rapid development of their unique conditions and advantages in national economy, as well as in ensuring that national economic growth, to ease employment pressure and promote the process of urbanization, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Zaozhuang as a resource-exhausted city is now in transition period. There are a lot of resources of state-owned large and medium enterprises, their dependence on national policies is strong, competitive ability is poor, many enterprises continue unsustainable. Work to improve urban transformation, to achieve sustainable socio-economic development and to develop the SMEs for economic development is the must way for Zaozhuang.In this paper, we discuss the history and current situation of SMEs in Zaozhuang at first, find and solve the problem in development process, combined with current international and home SMEs'development policies, using comparative analysis method, research the development of SMEs. Content as follows:The first chapter introduces the content. The second chapter describes the concept define standards and basic characteristics of SMEs in the countries around the world, also reveals the status and role in global economic development. The third chapter reviews the development process of SMEs in Zaozhuang, and summarizes the development and characteristics of SMEs at the present stage, which is the foundation for the problem analysis and solution in further. Chapter IV give deep analysis to development of SMEs in Zaozhuang, and reveals the problems, deficiencies, constraints and their own strengths and potential in future development. Chapter V presented the development policy of SMEs in Zaozhuang. On the one hand, the above analysis reveal the current favorable factors for the development of SMEs, on the other hand, give the reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the Zaozhuang economic development.
