| The quality control of Thermal Power project management involves design, procurement, construction and installment, with a lot of variable factors and risks. For power construction industry, project management and project quality control system there is still to be improved.The basic concepts of engineering quality and quality management, the process of engineering quality control and the structure of management system which integrates quality, environment and occupational health and safety, are analyzed in detail. The systematic process and pattern of quality control, the key points of quality control in engineering design, procurement and construction are investigated in detail. Explore the different aspects of quality control points and control processes and models, so as to provide a basis for quality control system. According to my work experience for many years in thermal power construction combining with total quality management theory, thermal power projects in the design phase, procurement phase and construction phase of the key points of quality control, methods and steps are proposed. |
