The Study On Strengthening Reconstruction Project Control Of Sa River Bridge On The Panjiakou Reservoir Dam

In this paper, I will take the Strengthening Reconstruction Project of Sa River Bridge on the Panjiakou Reservoir Flood Control Dam (hereinafter referred to Sa River bridge) and Retrofitting project as an example, which is based on monitoring of project management theories from the concrete operational level. Project management is discussed in detail about The Strengthening Reconstruction Project of Sa River Bridge in five aspects, such as the project organization and coordination, cost, schedule, quality, security and other control problems, and I propose appropriate solutions to achieve the object that Sa River Bridge Retrofitting project management is effectively controlled. Via the effective control of Sa River Bridge reconstruction project, we can enhance the understanding of monitoring of project management theory, and recognize the importance and reality in application of this theory in practice. It also can provide treasure experience and methods for other construction projects which are under construction.
