In this paper, Co., Ltd. Liaoning Yong Chun instant rice project is the research object, in analyzing the implementation of the project and the food industry project of their own characteristics, its management problems, the focus and difficulty and project management, are researched through practical application of theoretical knowledge conductedThis paper consists of five chapters, a simple account will be made in the following:Chapter 1 mainly describes the aims and general conditions of Liaoning Yong Chun Cereals Industry Co., Ltd. It's mainly foused on the importance of instant rice. It's showed that this project can be fully rational use of local agricultural resources, but also can be further enhanced the overall economic benefits of Yong Chun Cereals Industry Co., Ltd. In this chapter also describes the project's location, climate conditions, and this project's main physical works associated with the project such as the amount of the basic situation. It's analyzed on the side of the rice project at a convenient organizational management, scheduling, progress control, cost management, and comprehensive benefit evaluation in project management. I also pointed out the problems which need to be solved in instant rice project in management. The main significance of this chapter is to introduce the project profiles, and explains why the instant rice project to be built , and became a theoretical foundation for the later discussion.Chapter 2 is mainly about the theoretical knowledge combined with the company's actual conditions, and selection of the most advantage management organizational structure, so as to achieve project's perfect management, a clear division of labour, clear responsibility. This chapter first introduces and analyzes several common forms of organizational structures and their respective strengths and weaknesses in the project management, as well as sub-instant rice project has a certain degree of dependence. Therefore, the project cost management to a large extent ,is the implementation of the project cost management . Project cost control is by controlling means to achieve the intended function and duration of project requirements while optimizing costs, bringing the total cost control in the budget (Program) range.The earned value method of project is used with the schedule, cost estimate and actual costs associated with three independent variables to carry out project performance measurement. The instant rice project in the organization and coordination of the project manager, by the budget, personnel and finance staffs , in conjunction with the relevant personnel to develop cost control programs. It focuses on the general conditions and characteristics of the product in the text , and through comparison with other convenience foods, it reflects the advantages of the product of this project, and similar products in the domestic market has a strong market competitiveness. At the same time, in the article, the objective analysis is made through the relevant data and current situation of demestic convenience foods market which can prove that the product is extremely broad and it will bring extraordinary ecomic benefits.Evaluation of the project's social benefits is mainly about environmental protection and promotion on the local economy.
