In the highly competitive and rapidly changing market environment, the competitiveness of enterprises is the competitiveness of the talented employees, human resources has become the most important resource of the enterprise survival and development. How to continuously improve company's competitive ability, to improve the overall team performance and combat capability, to successfully manage the performance of a business going, are the important conditions for scientific development.At present, most enterprise is focusing on the performance evaluation, focusing on the financial indicators and the lack of performance management system, lead to serious losing and flowing of talented employees.This paper is under the background of business management, based on the analysis of G Company's performance management situation and existing problems, using the performance management theory, management by objectives (MBO) and key performance indicators (KPI), combined with the company's management processes, putting people first, re-designed the performance management system for enterprise's development.
