Application Study Of Performance Management In CHD Headquarters

Nowadays improving the China Huadian Corporation application level of performance management is of benefit to the strategy management, management level improvement and integrating the human resource management system.The thesis analyzes the necessity of pushing forward performance management in CHD headquarters. Connecting the advantages at choosing key indexes of company strategy by KPI and the advantages at constructing performance targets in performance management system by MBO, the thesis designs K-M performance management model which featured the performance management methods in CHD. The thesis also studies CHD 2008 annual performance target and KPI index system with the K-M model based on SWOT strategy analysis.The main conclusion of this paper is on constructing the K-M performance management model based on strategy as well as on post, making full use of characteristics and complementation about KPI and MBO and further carries out application analysis on the K-M model taking CHD president office as researching object.
